6. BEEP-Transfer Service (Transfer of talk time credit on mobile phones outside France)
The BEEP-Transfer service for the Tonéo card allows the user to transfer the credit from his/her Tonéo card onto a prepaid mobile account belonging to the network of an operator which has signed an agreement with one of Central Telecom’s partners.
The countries as well as the mobile operators affected by this service are expressly listed on the website www.toneo3.com. Central Telecom reserves the right to modify this list at any time without prior warning.
By using the BEEP-Transfer service, the user authorises Central Telecom to credit the prepaid mobile account of his/her contact overseas whose phone number he/she has expressly indicated. The user declares that he/she has obtained the prior consent of the holder of the topped-up account. The user discharges Central Telecom of any liability which could stem from a processing error or a wrong number.
wwwIn executing this service, Central Telecom credits the account of the overseas beneficiary for the amount or amounts of credit indicated by the user, while also charging the corresponding transfer expenses.
7. BEEP-Cash service (Web-payment)
The Tonéo card allows the user to convert a proportion or the entire amount of his/her Tonéo credit into the payment code of one of Central Telecom’s partners.
By using the BEEP-Cash service, the user authorises Central Telecom to buy an Internet payment code on his/her behalf.
7.1 Liability: Once the payment code is delivered, Central Telecom is released from any liability for its potential use as well as any content provided by content sites accepting this payment code.
7.2 Complaints: Any complaint regarding the conversion of a Tonéo code into the payment code of one of our partners may be received by email or via telephone through this list of contacts. For any matter which concerns the operation of payment codes, complaints must be sent directly to the partner or website on which they have been used.
7.3 Adult services: In the choice of payment codes, Central Telecom clearly displays on the website that certain codes are intended for use by adults only. By clicking on these codes, the user solemnly declares that he/she is an adult according to the law in force in his/her country and that the laws of his/her country authorise him/her to access adult services. The user therefore undertakes not to send to minors the adult payment code which was obtained from the website www.toneo3.com.
